Playford-to-the-Present 2003
Here are photos from our Playford-to-the-Present 2003 ball. At the time, it was called the Third Annual Southern California Playford Ball, and it had the theme The Rose Ball (our first six balls all had a theme). The theme was an homage to the ball’s location, Throop Church in Pasadena, California (home of the Rose Bowl). The ball happened on Saturday, October 4, 2003. Our dance leader was Annie Laskey, and Bob Brooks, Jim Warner, Kriss Larson, and Mary Ann Sereth provided the live music.
