Below you’ll find the two necessary CCECD Waivers required for attendance at our events.

All attendees to Culver City English Country Dance events — whether dancers, musicians, callers, committee members, viewers, etc. — will be required to sign both a General Liability and Photo Release Waiver, and a COVID-19 Waiver, both found below. We will have the waivers available for signing at our dance events, though feel free to download it, print it out, sign it at home, and bring it with you to the dance if you wish (please print the two CCECD waivers double-sided if you can).
