Here are photos from our 18th Annual Playford-to-the-Present 2018 English Country Dance Ball. The ball was held on Saturday, October 6, 2018, at the Women’s Club of South Pasadena, California. Dance leader Bruce Hamilton of Menlo Park, Calif., presided over the event, and Sweetwater (Bonnie Insull, flute; Audrey Knuth, violin; and Ryan Sandburg, keyboard) provided the live music.
We had dancers attending from all over the Southern California area, including Culver City (of course), Anaheim, Santa Barbara, and San Diego. We even had attendees from as far as Las Vegas, Nevada, and the Bay Area, California.
