Below you’ll find the CCECD Waivers required for attendance at our events.

All attendees to Culver City English Country Dance events — whether dancers, musicians, callers, committee members, viewers, etc. — will be required to sign our General Waiver for Liability, Medical, COVID-19, and Photo/Video Release, found below. We will have the waivers available for signing at our dance events, or feel free to download it, print it out, sign it at home, and bring it with you to the dance if you wish.
